The Logs section provides a complete record of all key activities in PalDock:
- Clicks
- Leads
- Conversions
- Integration requests
- Tracking requests
Each log entry includes its state:
- OK – successfully processed
- Failed – something went wrong (e.g. did not pass validation). Usually this means the entry was not processed, unless the Refused Leads feature is enabled.
Additionally, Tracking Logs include a result field, showing whether tracking was processed, how it was handled, or why it was rejected.
