Where Connection Creator is used

The Connection Creator is a feature used in multiple places within PalDock:

  • Offer cascade
  • Tracking API and S2S postbacks (when sequence steps are configured)
  • Structures (Form, User, Feed)
  • Custom integrations

All integrations are managed centrally in the Integrations section. The features above simply use these integrations in their own way.

The Integration list shows all integrations available in the workspace. To add a new one, click Add and choose either a custom integration or a prebuilt integration from the library.

👉 Good news: if you are using global fields, setting up integrations from the library takes just one click.

How are integrations triggered

Integrations in PalDock can be activated in several ways, depending on where and how they are used:

  • Offer Cascade – triggered when a lead is sent to an offer that has a cascade configured.
  • Tracking API – triggered when an internal PalDock event occurs (e.g. conversion, status update).
  • S2S Postbacks – triggered when PalDock receives a webhook, typically as part of a configured sequence step.
  • Structures (Form, User, Feed) – triggered during lead creation in forms, user onboarding, or feed ingestion.
  • Custom Integrations – triggered by a defined custom trigger. See Trigger in Connection Creator for details.
