Recurrence type

⚠️ This setting is only available for workspace commissions from advertisers, because partner commissions reflect those values.

Recurrence type controls how many times a commission can be applied to the same conversion with the same CID (Conversion ID).

If you select the Limited option, you must specify the maximum number of times it can be applied.

This is particularly useful if your advertiser sends multiple tracking requests for the same conversion — for example, due to incorrect settings or because they are unable to deduplicate conversions on their side. Setting the limit to 1 ensures that only a single transaction is created, even if multiple requests are received.

You might also want to check out the Deduplication based on the advertiser’s ID feature, which uses an external identifier to prevent duplicate transactions.
