Affiliates

In this section, you can manage and add new affiliates. New affiliate partners can be added to your workspace in three ways:

  • They register themselves via your registration form
  • You invite them via email
  • You add them manually

⚠️ If the email you enter is already associated with an existing PalDock account, you will see a notification. In that case, the only required field is the email (since other data is already stored in the existing account).

Creating a New Account

To create a new account, you only need to provide:

  • Email
  • Nickname

All other details will be filled in later by the user once they log in.
You can also categorize affiliates by country, language, category, and tags.

When the user completes their profile, you will see their data in the affiliate detail page.

Self-Registration

Affiliates can also register themselves through the registration form you configure.

  • You can define global fields (preferred, shared across all workspaces)
  • Or add custom fields specific to your workspace

If the affiliate already has a PalDock account, their global fields will be pre-filled, making it faster for them to start. They will only need to complete any custom fields required by your workspace (we recommend keeping these to a minimum).

  • Custom fields – editable later by you in Affiliate detail
  • Global fields – cannot be edited by you, only by the affiliate. Any changes made by the affiliate are automatically propagated across all their workspaces.

Commission group

Select which commission group the account belongs to. You can use the default group or create a new one in the Commissions section.

Management

Assign an Admin account to manage this affiliate. That admin will only see the results of the affiliates they manage.
