One Account, Multiple Workspaces

PalDock is an ecosystem for Partners, Advertisers, and Networks. When any of them register into PalDock, we first create their PalDock account in the ecosystem. This account is immediately connected to the specified workspace (affiliate program) they registered in.

This approach has multiple advantages, but also some disadvantages. Let’s examine them:

The Advantages

  • You register only once and get access to a catalogue of offers to promote, or affiliate partners to get your offer promoted
  • Registration to other workspaces takes just one click since you don’t have to refill data you’ve previously entered. If the workspace requests custom registration data, you’ll need to complete those additional fields
  • You can change your data in one place and it updates across all workspaces

The Disadvantages

  • Workspace admins cannot change basic data such as nickname, email, or password of partners or advertisers, as this data is synchronized across all workspaces they have access to
  • The same applies to billing information, which can only be changed by the account owner

Each Affiliate and Advertiser has a single account that can be connected to multiple workspaces. They can manage their workspace access by clicking the user icon in the top-right corner.
