Tracking by vouchers

A voucher is a discount code that the customer enters during checkout. Vouchers can be used both in links and via API/iframe.

Creating vouchers

Vouchers are managed in Tracking → Vouchers.

  • Admins can create new vouchers directly in the table or import them in bulk.
  • Once created, vouchers can be used in tracking (pixel, postback) and are also visible in reports.

Attribution Rules

Vouchers are not a separate tracking method – they are tracked through existing methods (pixel, postback, API). However, they affect conversion attribution:

  • If a voucher is dedicated to a specific affiliate partner, then that partner becomes the owner of the conversion whenever the code is applied – regardless of how the conversion was originally tracked.
  • Vouchers take priority over other source identifiers.

Example:

  • A visitor clicks on Affiliate A’s tracking link and later makes a purchase.
  • During checkout, they enter a voucher assigned to Affiliate B.
  • The conversion is attributed to Affiliate B (the owner of the voucher), not Affiliate A.
