Transactions report

The Transaction Report unifies Affiliate and Advertiser transactions into a single view. Clicking a transaction opens a drawer with detailed information.

As explained in Commissions, Affiliate and Advertiser transactions are synchronized. Evaluating one side (e.g. approving or rejecting a transaction) automatically applies the same evaluation to the other side.

How It Works

  • One transaction = one row
  • Transactions can be added, imported, exported, or edited
  • Each transaction has a status: Pending, Approved, Rejected (optionally Paid/Invoiced if enabled)
  • Affiliates and Advertisers only see their own transactions, with restricted columns (see below)
  • Admins see all transactions and all columns

Restricted Views

Affiliate view

  • Sees only their own transactions
  • Changed column: Costs is shown as Revenue (from the Affiliate’s perspective)
  • Hidden columns: Value, Revenue, Channel

Advertiser view

  • Sees only their own transactions
  • Changed column: Revenue is shown as Costs (from the Advertiser’s perspective)
  • Hidden columns: Costs

To understand what each column represents, see Columns Explained.
